- Regional Brand Ambassador for Tapestry's brand Coach overseeing department stores in Germany. Focused on enhancing customer experience and brand growth through engagement and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- The Regional Brand Ambassador (RBA) represents Tapestry’s brand Coach across a small department store network in Germany.
- The RBA will be primarily based in Frankfurt and overseeing locations in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart.
- Reporting to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador (SRBA) for Central & Southern Europe, the RBA ensures brand standards are consistently delivered in-store, bringing the brand to life at every customer touchpoint and creating a seamless, elevated shopping experience.
- Acting as the key link between corporate and store teams, this role drives customer experience, strengthens omni-channel engagement, and identifies opportunities for brand growth.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and a minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Ability to travel within Germany to visit allocated stores
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
- Understanding of working within a department store
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of industry trends
- Self-motivated with the ability to strategize to help develop their business
- A passionate team player with the ability to work well with others
