About the role

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst managing ABA treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum. Overseeing clinical staff, ensuring quality treatment and collaboration with parents and providers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the supervision and management of center and home-based intervention programs and treatment teams for children on the autism spectrum
  • Ensure that clinical staff are providing quality treatment for optimal results
  • Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization
  • Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines
  • Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning
  • Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure
  • Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members
  • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely fashion, including generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and completing forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management

Requirements

  • Must be Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements
  • At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings
