Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst managing ABA treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum. Overseeing clinical staff, ensuring quality treatment and collaboration with parents and providers.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision and management of center and home-based intervention programs and treatment teams for children on the autism spectrum
Ensure that clinical staff are providing quality treatment for optimal results
Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization
Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines
Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning
Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure
Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff
Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely fashion, including generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and completing forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management
Requirements
Must be Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements
At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings
