Responsibilities
Apply strategic and analytical skills to solve open-ended, complex questions about sourcing, selecting, and converting top talent
Develop analyses and models to help Capital One recruiters identify great talent to source
Use data and experimentation to optimize the candidate selection process in partnership with Industrial/Organizational Psychologists
Design new ways to measure and improve interviewer engagement and effectiveness
Partner with clients to identify high impact opportunities and conduct analysis that inform solutions
Drive and build key programs and analytics solutions for partners
Analyze the impact of programs and combine insights with the latest in organizational science for data-driven decision making
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience in analysis
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (preferred)
2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (preferred)
2+ years of experience in SQL querying (preferred)
2+ years of experience in business analysis (preferred)
2+ years of experience in consulting (preferred)
