- Collaborate with a team of risk managers to develop and implement cutting edge risk solutions

- Influence leaders on key technology risks and actions needed
- Lead risk framework discussions and drive creative solutions
- Participate in risk forums and contribute to continuous improvement of practices
- Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes or control environment
- Synthesize data and perform analysis to bring valuable business insights

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 years of experience working in risk management or financial services
- At least 4 years of program management experience
- At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
- 6+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk (Preferred)
- 6+ years of program management experience leading cross functional risk programs (Preferred)
- 6+ years of financial services risk management experience (Preferred)
- 3+ years experience in Agile or design thinking (Preferred)
- 4+ years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or first or second line Risk Management experience (Preferred)
- 4+ years of Project or Process Management experience (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing data (Preferred)
- Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) (Preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
