About the role
- Operations Associate supporting Commercial Loan Servicing at Capital One. Handling complex transactions and maintaining active credit facilities while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform high volume, complex monetary and non-monetary transactions on Commercial Loans ensuring service levels are met
- Manage a portfolio of active credit facilities as the Loan Operations Servicer
- Process loan requests including disbursements, payments, and calculations
- Communicate with Customers for all loan related requests
- Coordinate loan trading activity and maintain loan register
- Manage all exception and maintenance reporting for cash breaks analysis
- Complete comprehensive testing of system enhancements
- Prepare and submit periodic departmental and team reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Banking Operations
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of systems experience in Salesforce or ACBS (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Bilateral Loan Closing or Servicing (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Operations (preferred)
