Responsibilities
**What You'll Do**
Develop and prepare actuarial analyses for rates and rating plans.
Recommend changes based on analytical findings.
Draft and manage regulatory filings, including follow-ups on inquiries or challenges.
Support the calculation of IBNR (incurred but not reported) loss reserves.
Contribute to special actuarial projects as assigned.
Assist in training and mentoring actuarial team members.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
**Requirements**
Minimum 2 years of experience in Actuarial area.
Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics or correlated
Experience with Casualty and Property.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA, and Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Statistical background is a plus.
