Responsibilities
You will support two product managers in their missions across the following scopes:
Operational management of the Candia Baby brand: leader in liquid infant formula in France.
Analyze and produce diagnostics from market data using retailer and consumer panels (IRI and Kantar).
Participate in the development, coordination and monitoring of marketing plan implementation in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams (R&D, supply, sales, ...).
Help organize the ideation process for future innovations.
Contribute to packaging updates in collaboration with design agencies and printers.
Be proactive in proposing ideas through benchmarking and competitive intelligence for our categories and beyond.
Work with Product Managers and the Media Manager on brand exposure across media channels (digital, influencer, print, ...).
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or agricultural engineering school; you already have experience in marketing and/or sales.
You are familiar with (and enjoy) the retail sector, and ideally with retailer and consumer panels (Nielsen, IRI or Kantar).
You have a strong interest in social media and know how to use it to drive engagement, audience and brand awareness.
Rigorous and responsive, you have a creative mindset as well as strong analytical and synthesis skills.
