Responsibilities
- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Exercise sound judgment in advising business clients on contract interpretation and risk
- Develop contract templates to drive efficiencies
- Assist with preparing detailed playbooks to frame risk profile for vendor contracts
- Assist with implementing IronClad CLM
- Collaborate cross-functionally to close contract terms with information security, sales, finance, and compliance teams
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited, top tier law school
- 5 + years negotiating enterprise-level commercial SAAS contracts, including Data Protection Addendums and professional services agreements
- Self-starter who works with urgency and proactively manages response timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Confidence and efficacy, presenting a positive and professional image
- Team player with attention to detail
- Travel not expected
