Requirements
University degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
Professional designation (CPA, CFA) is an asset
5-8 years of experience in FP&A, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in the financial sector, particularly life insurance and/or wealth management is considered an asset
Strong Microsoft Suite skills
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
