Responsibilities

- Responsible for day to day front line supervision, including mandated supervisory reviews and enterprise alerts, trade, solution & enrollment review, trade correction, and complaint resolution
- Supports the CI Complex Product & Platform Supervision Team responsible for oversight of the supervisory routine portfolio related to Online Trade Review and GFC Alerts.
- Development of advisor proficiency through supplemental training and active coaching
Requirements
- Must have FINRA SIE, 7, 9/10, 63/65 or 66 (in lieu of the 9/10 we could consider candidates holding all of the following licenses: 4 and 24 and 53)
- 1 year of supervision experience
- 5 years of financial experience.
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Able to foster collaborative relationships within and across business units
- Demonstrate integrity and remains calm under pressure
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Merrill Edge, Merrill Lynch, or Operations experience
- Online Trade Review experience
