Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated interest in HR technology or digital tools through academic coursework, personal projects, self-study, certifications (e.g., basic data analytics, AI fundamentals), or involvement in tech-related student organizations
Previous internship or work experience in HR, IT support, or technology-related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of how business systems and workflows operate
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data handling, basic analysis, and reporting
PowerPoint proficiency for creating documentation or presentations
Curiosity about or basic exposure to HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and how they support HR operations
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and understand basic concepts such as prompting, use cases, and limitations
Ability to follow test scripts, identify inconsistencies, and clearly document test results and observations
Ability to quickly learn new tools, navigate unfamiliar systems, and apply logical thinking to troubleshoot issues
