About the role
- Internship in HR Technology & AI at Davide Campari Milano N.V. Support technology initiatives and experiment with AI tools while collaborating with HR teams.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in HR Technology & AI by supporting cross-functional technology initiatives
- Experiment with AI tools, test system workflows, and document processes
- Work closely with the HR Technology team and internal stakeholders across functions
- Spend significant time learning, experimenting, and growing understanding of how technology enables HR processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in HR technology or digital tools through academic coursework, personal projects, self-study, certifications (e.g., basic data analytics, AI fundamentals), or involvement in tech-related student organizations
- Previous internship or work experience in HR, IT support, or technology-related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of how business systems and workflows operate
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data handling, basic analysis, and reporting
- PowerPoint proficiency for creating documentation or presentations
- Curiosity about or basic exposure to HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and how they support HR operations
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and understand basic concepts such as prompting, use cases, and limitations
- Ability to follow test scripts, identify inconsistencies, and clearly document test results and observations
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, navigate unfamiliar systems, and apply logical thinking to troubleshoot issues
