Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with web application development and/or SaaS platforms
- Extensive senior-level development experience with object-oriented languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
- Proven experience leading the technical delivery of complex and innovative business functionality
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles such as design patterns, algorithms, and data structures, and demonstrable application of each in recent projects
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player
- A proactive owner who takes accountability for code from development through production
- Solid understanding of test automation principles and a strong advocate for code quality
- Strong knowledge of performance engineering and performance testing
- Experience with integration technologies (RESTful APIs, messaging systems, etc.)
- Exposure to modern UI frameworks, especially React
- Experience contributing to highly configurable, metadata-driven platforms
