About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical management, operational organization and on-site leadership of assigned agricultural activities
- Management of experimental beet nurseries
- Organization of sowing, field surveying, plot monitoring, roguing, harvesting, processing and shipping
- Coordination of field teams (contractors, seasonal workers)
- Development of the network of partner growers in collaboration with our current service providers
- Monitoring quality and technical results
Requirements
- Degree from Bac+2 to Bac+4 in crop production, agronomy or breeding/selection
- Technical experience in sugar beet seed production or field experimentation
- Comfortable working in the field, autonomous, well organized
- Ability to supervise teams and develop their skills
- Interest in agronomic monitoring tools and digital field solutions
- Professional English appreciated (level B2)
- Driving license B required
