About the role

  • Office Administrator responsible for diverse tasks at Caliber Collision including payroll, HR administration and customer service. Ensure adherence to company standards and provide effective training support.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with providing the front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information
  • Providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates
  • Maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards
  • Providing a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center’s consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedure’s through ongoing training and monitoring.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
