Responsibilities
Increase sales volume by promoting products and delivering training to Caixa Econômica Federal branches serving the agribusiness segment, expanding scope of activity and contributing to improved results and the achievement of the commercial area's annual target;
Identify niches and segments with potential for growth to expand sales, focusing on improving results and meeting established targets;
Identify opportunities to improve processes based on feedback from salespeople and customers, with the goal of enhancing the experience for both;
Conduct in-person and online training focused on maximizing reach and empowering partners to drive sales;
Generate interest in selling by presenting product benefits and the associated compensation;
Establish and maintain relationships with the partner network through training, participation in events, efficient communication across all channels, prompt responses, distribution of supplementary materials and on-site visits, thereby ensuring satisfaction, loyalty and increased sales.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Management and Strategic Planning preferred;
Experience: Proven experience;
Desirable: experience in the consórcio (consortium) market;
Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level);
Desirable: PCA-10 certification;
Behavioral skills: negotiation and sales approach techniques;
