Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
  • Solid, proven experience with Life Insurance products that include surrender/redemption features, including eligibility rules, surrender procedures, taxation, technical provisions and regulatory aspects.
  • Consistent experience in the insurance market, with strong knowledge of current legislation (CNSP / SUSEP).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on:
  • • Advanced PowerPoint, focused on executive and managerial presentations.
  • Clear and assertive communication skills, including the ability to present technical and executive content.
  • Mature critical judgment, analytical mindset and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in multifunctional roles within dynamic, collaborative and high-complexity environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and autonomy in decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and self-management skills.
  • Proactive, resilient and results-oriented profile.
  • Ability to identify complex problems, structure analyses and propose effective solutions.
  • Ongoing interest in innovation, regulatory updates, new methodologies and market tools.
