About the role

Senior Pricing Analyst at Dexco responsible for managing pricing architecture for their flooring business. The role involves optimizing pricing strategies and ensuring compliance across channels in Brazil.

Responsibilities

Operate the RC pricing architecture, maintaining price bands, price lists and price structure by SKU, channel and customer cluster in alignment with the BU's commercial policy;
Manage the discount approval flow without leakage, consolidating visibility into exceptions, applied discount levels and impacts on realized price and profitability;
Configure prices, price lists and commercial conditions in SAP, ensuring consistency between the defined architecture and commercial execution across all channels;
Support the structuring of contracts with home centers, conducting impact simulations, margin analyses and recommending commercial terms;
Monitor price execution and price compliance, identifying significant deviations by channel, customer or SKU and preparing inputs for correction;
Support the RC Pricing Coordination in building routines and operational standards — you will join an area being created from scratch and help design how it will operate;
Support the implementation of AI initiatives in RC pricing — automation of recurring analyses, assisted parameterization and identification of compliance deviations.

Proven experience in pricing, price architecture or an analytical commercial role, with hands-on expertise in SAP (commercial modules, price parameterization and conditions) or an equivalent ERP;
Experience in environments with a strong home center channel and significant commercial contracts;
Decision-oriented analytical capability and an economic understanding of pricing — ability to assess how architecture, discounts and contracts affect margin and profitability;
Strong governance and process discipline — you will establish routines and controls in a newly formed area;
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
