Responsibilities

  • Lead digital expansion initiatives and strategic partnerships from conception through execution, implementation and scaling.
  • Lead the design and evolution of digital journeys, including API integrations, parameterized links, checkout flows and new acquisition models.
  • Serve as Product Owner (PO) on projects involving multiple internal areas (Product, IT, UX, Legal, Governance, Marketing, Finance and Risk/Insurance).
  • Drive agile projects by organizing the backlog, prioritization, rituals, representing the business, defining requirements, acceptance criteria, roadmaps and deliveries.
  • Support or act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective) and removing impediments.
  • Define and monitor performance KPIs, conversion funnel, acquisition metrics, revenue and efficiency.
  • Manage pilots (MVPs), validate hypotheses and oversee controlled expansion.
  • Prepare strategic and operational materials for strategic agendas and leadership meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, compliance, governance and institutional guidelines.
  • Produce executive reports, analyses and recommendations for leadership.
  • Conduct continuous benchmarking, market studies and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, best practices and relevant market movements.
  • Translate market and benchmark insights into strategic proposals, product improvements, channel strategies, new partnership models and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Technology or related fields).
  • Solid experience in digital expansion, commercial channels, partnerships, growth, digital products or digital business.
  • Experience with cross-functional projects, system integrations and implementation strategies for digital channels.
  • Analytical capability to read data, conversion funnels and commercial performance.
  • Executive-level communication, autonomy and strategic vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Advanced ability to create executive PowerPoint presentations, with mastery of strategic storytelling, logical narrative structure (problem, context, proposal, impact), clear and decision-oriented layouts, and appropriate visual communication for strategic agendas, committees and executive leadership.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Owner (PO) or Project Management (PM) are a plus.
  • Experience with phygital models, affiliate programs, marketplaces or indirect channels is a plus.
  • Experience with MVPs, A/B testing and continuous experimentation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Matomo, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience with financial products, insurance, pensions or regulated environments is a plus.
