Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst will support the creation and maintenance of recurring and ad hoc financial reports with precision and accuracy.
Assist in forecasting updates and variance analysis to help guide business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers to help update the forecast.
Present findings and insights to leadership ranging from Directors to Executives.
Help develop and refine financial models and tools.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Proactively identify financial trends and key performance indicators.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field required.
Demonstrated leadership experience through formal roles such as team captain, club officer, project lead, or committee chair required.
Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis or business strategy is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think critically and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
