Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, customizing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Will participate in digital transformation projects, collaborating with technical and business teams to gather requirements, implement solutions and evolve the platform.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • Development of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Workflows
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience with integrations via API/REST
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical and proactive profile
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Experience with ITOM, HRSD or CSM
