About the role
- Access and Reimbursement Manager supporting patient access for Eisai oncology and neurology products. Requires extensive experience and understanding of payer policies and reimbursement processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate support for patient access to prescribed Eisai products
- Communicate with healthcare professionals about insurance coverage and reimbursement for Eisai products
- Quickly identify and triage access or reimbursement issues
- Support the Neurology business unit and provide compliant access and reimbursement education
- Act as the point of contact for assigned customers with access and reimbursement needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech industry
- Previous patient access or reimbursement experience strongly preferred
- Market Access payer and/or patient access support programs experience
- Experience of the US healthcare system across major payer segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Federal, Commercial)
- Proven performance in earlier role
- Attestation to and/or providing proof of having received certain vaccinations as per third parties’ requirements.
