About the role

  • Advise and represent members on all matters of social insurance law, disability law, basic income support, and compensation law.
  • Independently process applications up to and including appeal procedures.
  • Collaborate with volunteers in the district association and its local branches.
  • Maintain member relations.
  • Attend trade fair appearances, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or completed vocational training with solid knowledge of social law, or a comparable qualification or experience.
  • Experience in advising and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and understandably.
  • Empathy combined with a rational, structured approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
