About the role
- Consultant in Social Law advising and representing members in various legal matters. Focus on social insurance rights and collaboration with volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Advise and represent members on all matters of social insurance law, disability law, basic income support, and compensation law.
- Independently process applications up to and including appeal procedures.
- Collaborate with volunteers in the district association and its local branches.
- Maintain member relations.
- Attend trade fair appearances, conferences, and meetings.
Requirements
- Completed degree or completed vocational training with solid knowledge of social law, or a comparable qualification or experience.
- Experience in advising and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and understandably.
- Empathy combined with a rational, structured approach.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
