Responsibilities
- Independently advise and represent our members on all matters of social insurance law, disability law, basic income support, and compensation law, from application submission through to appeal proceedings.
- Enjoy working with volunteers in the district association and the affiliated local branches.
- Maintain member relations.
- Occasionally participate in trade fair appearances, conferences, or meetings.
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training with solid knowledge of social law, or a comparable qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience in advising clients and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Empathy combined with a logical, structured approach.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
