About the role

  • Berater im Sozialrecht für den VdK Bayern. Selbständige Beratung von Mitgliedern in Sozialversicherungsrechtsfragen und Unterstützung in Widerspruchsverfahren.

Responsibilities

  • Independently advise and represent our members on all matters of social insurance law, disability law, basic income support, and compensation law, from application submission through to appeal proceedings.
  • Enjoy working with volunteers in the district association and the affiliated local branches.
  • Maintain member relations.
  • Occasionally participate in trade fair appearances, conferences, or meetings.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training with solid knowledge of social law, or a comparable qualification or relevant experience.
  • Experience in advising clients and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Empathy combined with a logical, structured approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
