Responsibilities
Lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation, build leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and enable sustainable change
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans to support change adoption
Create and oversee training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for transition
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on adoption and engagement levels
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and project teams on change management best practices
Mentor junior consultants and change practitioners within the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on organizational change management
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder change initiatives in large organizations
Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
