About the role

  • Organizational Change Manager at Black & Veatch leading strategic change initiatives to drive business transformation and enhance organizational performance. Leveraging 10+ years of consulting experience and strong change management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation, build leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and enable sustainable change
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans to support change adoption
  • Create and oversee training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for transition
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on adoption and engagement levels
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and project teams on change management best practices
  • Mentor junior consultants and change practitioners within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on organizational change management
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder change initiatives in large organizations
  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred
