About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders to create and implement change management strategies and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead change management plans from assessment through implementation.
- Analyze stakeholders, assess readiness and impacts, and lead change networks to support adoption.
- Create solutions that enable leadership alignment, team performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Diagnose organizational challenges and leverage data and behavioral science to design program recommendations.
- Build and facilitate team sessions, stakeholder workshops, and leadership development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
- 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
- Experience supporting organizational design, operating model, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Collaborative, team oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel ~ 25%, based on client or project needs.
- Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
