About the role

  • Employer Branding Consultant managing employer branding and talent attraction activities for Ørsted. Creating engaging content and collaborating with global teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • managing employer branding and talent attraction activities across global locations
  • acting as a trusted employer branding advisor to our HR colleagues and business stakeholders
  • working with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver media plans, assets, photo and film shoots
  • creating engaging content for web and social media, promoting our employer value proposition, and speaking to our target talent
  • supporting with production of graphics, images, photos, and videos which consistently present Ørsted as a great place to work
  • helping to plan, promote, and execute live webinars for students and graduates.

Requirements

  • experience in navigating a large global company with many stakeholders
  • a relevant degree in communication, marketing, or similar
  • global employer branding experience
  • creative and structured, with a good eye for detail
  • strong project management skills.
