About the role

  • Adoption Change Management Consultant at Valorem Reply enhancing employee experiences with Microsoft technologies. Collaborate on diverse AI and Modern Work projects globally with a focus on communication and training.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end adoption change management delivery with clients, applying a structured methodology to deliver strategic deliverables
  • Plan, design, develop, and deliver project communications campaigns end-to-end
  • Develop technology-focused training plans, create multi-channel training materials, and lead training delivery or workshops for varied stakeholder audiences
  • Contribute to business development and marketing activities
  • Support with project management and delivery, managing timelines and work plans
  • Support internal change management practice improvements, such as deliverable templates, internal team upskilling, and asset repository creation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Internship experience in change management, technology, marketing, communications, and/or training
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or generative AI tools
  • Fluency in core Microsoft 365 working applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and an understanding of Microsoft’s modern work environment (SharePoint Online, Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, etc.)
