Responsibilities
Partner with client stakeholders to create and implement change management strategies and organizational development initiatives
Lead change management plans from assessment through implementation
Analyze stakeholders, assess readiness and impacts, and lead change networks to support adoption
Create solutions that enable leadership alignment, team performance, and organizational effectiveness
Diagnose organizational challenges and leverage data and behavioral science to design program recommendations
Build and facilitate team sessions, stakeholder workshops, and leadership development programs to improve communication, decision-making, and collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience
7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
Experience supporting organizational design, operating model, or organizational effectiveness initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills
Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively at all organizational levels
Collaborative, team oriented mindset
Willingness to travel ~ 25%, based on client or project needs
Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
