• Principal Consultant in Asset Management Systems at Black & Veatch for Water/Wastewater sector. Leading business development efforts and managing client engagements across local government.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for Black & Veatch’s Asset Management Systems offerings for Water, Wastewater & Local Government Clients
• Ability to articulate the business case for the implementation of Asset Management Systems
• Use personal network to identify potential clients
• Manage client projects and engagements
• Define and lead strategies for Trimble and CentralSquare implementations
• Design scalable and secure solutions aligned with business requirements
• Oversee system integrations and evaluate emerging technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical architecture
• Manage client expectations and contribute to engagement quality reviews
• Establish best practices for configuration, customize data governance
• Guide development teams and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Water, Wastewater & Local Government Clients
• 5+ years of experience with Trimble or CentralSquare solutions
• Strong understanding of asset management, work order systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of the principles of Asset Management
• Experience providing advisory services in Asset Management, Work Management and Field Service Management
• Ability to communicate across organizational boundaries and organizational levels
• Experience with the architecture and functional capabilities of Trimble and CentralSquare solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
