Responsibilities

  • Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects
  • Assist in the design, construction, and project management of various projects
  • Hands-on involvement in permitting process
  • Significant interaction with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients
  • Perform design of projects from conceptual and bid phase to completion
  • Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
  • Support business development through writing technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience
  • Must hold an active engineering registration or licensure to support EOR requirements
  • Experience working with the 2024 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington
  • Proven experience on Puget Sound Energy projects, specifically performing site development
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington State
  • All applicants must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements
