- Track and analyze program KPIs.
- Produce analyses and executive materials with actionable insights.
- Manage the benefits program partners end-to-end.
- Lead negotiations and model reviews aimed at financial efficiency.
- Propose improvements to increase the program's attractiveness.
- Ensure alignment of the program with the strategic positioning of the cards.
- Act as a bridge between the Business team and the Product team.
Requirements
- Strong economic and financial analysis skills and ability to read financial statements.
- Experience with budgeting, financial control, forecasting and feasibility analyses.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts (provisions, accruals, reconciliations).
- Advanced Excel (modeling, analysis, financial controls).
- Ability to structure and monitor performance indicators.
- Experience in partner and contract management is a plus.
- Experience in cards, payment methods, loyalty programs or benefits.
