Marketing Coordinator facilitating growth marketing and digital marketing initiatives for SaaS Division. Supporting integrated marketing efforts across multiple SaaS brands to drive awareness and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
Support growth marketing efforts by coordinating demand generation campaigns, lead nurturing, and other activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
Help create, organize, and manage content for various marketing channels, including website updates, blog posts, case studies, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials such as graphics, promotional content, and product collateral.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track key metrics and suggest improvements.
Support the planning and coordination of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and trade shows that promote SaaS Division products.
Assist with the management of marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, etc.) to execute email campaigns, track leads, and measure campaign performance.
Ensure all marketing content is consistent with the brand voice and aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital marketing best practices to support innovative campaign execution.
Support data-driven decision making by maintaining campaign dashboards, tracking lead generation metrics, and identifying trends that inform optimization efforts.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, helping with scheduling, vendor coordination, and other duties as needed.
Assist in managing and tracking marketing budgets across all three brands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B and/or SaaS environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid media.
Experience using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation software.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
