- **Essential Experience**
- Experienced in Python, specifically Flask
- Experience Providing technical direction across projects, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring best-practice engineering standards
- Experience Mentoring and supporting engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Experience working with Postgres
- Experience designing and writing APIs, especially REST APIs
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Experience working with AWS (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with cloud-native patterns across AWS and Azure
- Experience with Docker, scripting, and deployments across Azure and Openshift
