About the role
- Technical Analyst supporting the analysis of documentation for product certification at Bureau Veritas. Collaborating on compliance review tasks under constant supervision while meeting client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical review of documents for product and management system certification, under constant supervision, in accordance with applicable standards.
- Prepare records of technical conformity assessment;
- Complete and organize forms in the Fluig system, ensuring correct data entry;
- Assist in preparing technical conformity assessment records, subject to validation;
- Seek knowledge and participate in training to learn technical standards and regulations required to perform certification process activities;
- Carry out tasks in accordance with defined performance indicators;
- Support other analysts with tasks as needed;
- Review and follow the daily work plan within designated deadlines;
- Assist in problem resolution with your immediate manager (N+1) for any client questions or concerns, aiming to improve customer satisfaction;
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of current methods and products to be certified;
- Follow the guidelines established with clients and the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Protection and Environment policies and procedures of Bureau Veritas CPS;
- Comply with client management systems and those of Bureau Veritas CPS;
- Adhere to the BV-CPS Quality System requirements and comply with regulatory agency requirements;
- Other activities as defined by the manager or as required by the area/company.
