Business Development Manager driving Energy Transition strategy for Bureau Veritas. Responsible for securing business opportunities in CCS and renewables projects within the Energy sector.
Responsibilities
Business development activities, identification of value-add opportunities across the Energy Transition market to build a sustainable pipeline of new business, from new and existing clients
Meet sales targets and develop knowledge across a range of services aligned to the different Bureau Veritas Business Units to cross sell into the marketplace.
Reporting to the Energy Transition Market Lead, agree, manage and deliver a “Go to Market” strategy and execute the plan by producing high-quality, innovative added-value proposals, documents, presentations, case studies and value propositions
Support the preparation of proposals and specifications, including technical, commercial and contractual aspects in accordance with the Bureau Veritas process
Ensure the CRM and forecasts are accurate and up to date
Build and leverage internal relationships to support the results and growth in line with client requirements
Represent Bureau Veritas at relevant industry events and tradeshows and act as a brand ambassador to maintain the company’s reputation
Comply with all Company procedures as defined in the Quality Manual, Staff Manual and Health & Safety Manual amongst others
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the Energy sector
Proven track record in selling solutions or services to a variety of industrial applications
Have established customer contacts at mid - senior level
Comfortable with working in a matrix organisation and cross selling
