Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable degree program
- Strong interest in HR and recruiting topics
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
- Confident with MS Office; ideally first experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., softgarden)
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Possibly first practical experience in recruiting or HR
