Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for First- and Second-Level support and assist our employees with questions about workplace systems, mobile devices and printers
You keep an overview in the ticketing system, prioritize requests and ensure efficient handling
You independently perform new installations of workplace systems and mobile devices and prepare the technical onboarding of new employees
You continuously monitor our IT systems, analyze monitoring data and detect disruptions at an early stage
You maintain guides and documentation, contributing to a transparent knowledge base (B&O Help)
Together with IT management and external partners, you work on a stable infrastructure, integrate new systems and support the further development of our IT processes
Requirements
Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, e.g. IT specialist (Fachinformatiker)
Relevant experience in IT support and system administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server as well as firewall and network configuration
Team and communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams and various stakeholders
Very good German language skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level) and good English skills
Willingness to travel and a valid class B driver’s license
