About the role
- BIM Planner/Architect at B&O Bau in Hamburg focusing on sustainable construction and architectural planning. Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to BIM methodology and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architectural design process through to execution planning (Phases 1–5) based on the BIM model you model and attribute in Revit

- Work closely and coordinate with other disciplines while adhering to the agreed BIM workflow
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or qualification as a draftsman/drafter (m/f/d) with a specialization in BIM modelling/design in Revit
- Several years of professional experience in planning (Phases 3–5, HOAI)
- Confident use of BIM-specific CAD software, particularly Autodesk Revit
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
