Responsibilities
Contribute to the architectural design process from conceptual design through construction documentation (phases 1–5), based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit
Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards and coordinate with the relevant authorities
Integrate and coordinate discipline-specific models
Work closely with and coordinate other design disciplines while following the agreed BIM workflow
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or completed training as a drafting technician with a specialization in BIM modelling in Revit
Several years of professional experience in design (phases 3–5, LPH 3–5)
Confident use of BIM-specific CAD software, particularly Autodesk Revit
Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented work approach
Good communication skills and a team player
