- BIM-Planer/Architekt involved in architectural planning and ensuring BIM compliance in Hamburg. Collaborating with project teams for innovative construction methods at B&O Bau.
Responsibilities
- Mitwirkung am architektonischen Entwurfsprozess bis zur Ausführungsplanung (LP1-5) auf Grundlage des von Ihnen in Revit modellierten und attribuierten BIM-Modells
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller baurechtlichen Vorschriften und Normen sowie Koordination mit den entsprechenden Behörden
- Integration und Koordination der Fachmodelle
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen Fachdisziplinen unter Einhaltung des abgestimmten BIM-Workflows
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur , Bauingenieurwesen oder Abschluss als Bauzeichner (m/w/d) mit Spezialisierung auf BIM-Konstruktion in Revit
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung (Lph 3-5 HOAI)
- Sicherer Umgang mit BIM-spezifischen CAD-Programmen, insbesondere Autodesk Revit
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ergebnisorientiere Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
