About the role
- (Senior) DevOps Engineer automating IT processes and managing CI/CD for digital solutions in a technology company. Collaborating with product owners and engineering teams to ensure secure digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment) sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Administrations- und Konfigurationstätigkeiten
- Einsatz und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines
- Evaluierung neuer Technologien und stetige Weiterbildung im entsprechenden Bereich
- Entwicklung von Managed Services zur Vereinfachung der Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse
- Fachliche und technologische Beratung der Product-Owner- und Software-Engineering-Teams bei Produkt- und Projektanforderungen
- Vermittlung und Kommunikation der Technologien in das Unternehmen
- Planung und Begleitung von internen Projekten, ggf. mit Übernahme fachlicher und organisatorischer Projekt- bzw. Teilprojektverantwortung
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
- Expertise im Umgang mit Docker/Kubernetes, idealerweise Praxiskenntnisse in Red Hat OpenShift oder K3S
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, Automatisierung, speziell in DevOps-Umgebungen sowie in der Administration von Windows-, Linux- und/oder MacOS-Systemen
- Analytische, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit in agilen Teams (Scrum, Kanban)
- Gutes Moderations-, Präsentations- und Darstellungsvermögen im Hinblick auf komplexe technische Sachverhalte
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
