Responsibilities
Extend and evolve the platform to adapt to customer needs whilst maintaining an exceptional level of stability and reliability.

Embrace Lean principles and work as a part of an Agile team - utilising sprints, epics, experiments, and iterating based on feedback.
Drive adoption of our services and tooling through workshops, training and consultation.
Seek opportunities to automate our own services and processes, reducing operational toil in a multi-cloud platform environment
Requirements
Experience working in Azure, with a solid background in DevOps practices
Practical skills with Infrastructure as Code, using tools like Bicep or Terraform
Hands-on .NET development experience, particularly with C#
Comfortable using Python for automation or tooling
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
Experience maintaining a reliable production environment using technologies such as serverless architectures, containerisation (e.g., Docker), or orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
