Responsibilities
Establish and build up the technical sales function in the Printing & Print area (machines, systems, services)
Develop and implement a sales strategy in close coordination with management and engineering
Analyze market potential, customer requirements and competitors
Provide technical consulting to customers (B2B) on printing systems, workflows and customized solutions
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and acquire new clients
Serve as the interface between Sales, Engineering, Service and Product Management
Prepare proposals, cost calculations and technical concepts
Introduce sales processes, CRM structures and KPIs
Prospectively: build and lead a sales team
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training or degree (e.g., Print and Media Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in printing, print, packaging or media technology
Solid technical understanding of printing processes, machinery and workflows
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
Experience in establishing new structures or business units is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
