About the role

  • Aufbau und Entwicklung des technischen Vertriebs im Bereich Druck & Print. Kundenberatung und Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien in enger Abstimmung mit der Technik.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop the technical sales function in the Print & Printing area (machines, systems, services)
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy in close coordination with management and engineering
  • Analyze market potential, customer requirements and competitors
  • Provide technical B2B consulting to customers on printing systems, workflows and customized solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and acquire new customers
  • Act as an interface between sales, engineering, service and product management
  • Prepare proposals, cost calculations and technical concepts
  • Implement sales processes, CRM structures and KPIs
  • Future responsibility: build and lead a sales team

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training or degree (e.g., printing and media technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in printing, print, packaging or media technology
  • Solid technical understanding of printing processes, machines and workflows
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Experience in building new structures or business units is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good German skills; English is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
