About the role
- Senior Project Manager managing PV ground-mounted systems and BESS projects. Leading projects from development to commissioning while ensuring clear processes and local impact.
Responsibilities
- Overall project management of PV ground-mounted plants and BESS systems from construction readiness to commissioning
- Management of technical, commercial and scheduling aspects
- Responsibility for project budgets and schedules, including cost control
- Coordination between EPC contractors and internal stakeholders
- Execution of the tendering process and contract negotiations
- Implementation of construction requirements and quality controls during the construction phase
Requirements
- Several years of experience (ideally 5+ years) in project development of PV ground-mounted systems (5–50 MWp)
- Strong knowledge of permitting, construction and planning law
- Degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering or a comparable field
- Experience with EPC tendering, cost estimation and contract negotiations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize complex projects
- Solution-oriented working style and willingness to travel (including site meetings)
