About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify suitable motor vehicle insurance solutions for each industry
- Create added value by assessing risks and proposing solution options
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and loss adjusters/experts
- Handle tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support field sales with acquisition activities and in the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a related university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large vehicle fleets
- A passion for client service and maintaining close customer relationships
- Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with a strong team spirit and in our family-style working environment
