Responsibilities
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and recommend appropriate insurance solutions for each industry sector
- Create added value while monitoring risks and potential solutions
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts in the best interest of our clients
- Daily responsibilities include preparing tenders, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Strong commitment to customer service and building close client relationships
- Demonstrated dedication to achieving high customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented, family-like working environment and a strong “we” mentality.
