You negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts.
Tender processes, debt collection, claims handling, contract drafting and data maintenance are part of your daily tasks.
With our 20 locations you offer genuine customer proximity and get to know our clients properly.
You contribute to the development of our company’s success with your professional expertise.
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification.
A passion for customer service, strong client focus and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ideally, very good Excel skills.
Ideally, knowledge of property/casualty insurance and public procurement law.
Ability to feel comfortable with a strong sense of “we” and our family-like working environment.
