About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the insurance needs of our clients in the municipal/public sector
  • Work with the team to find the right insurance solution for each industry
  • Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts
  • Tendering, debt collection (receivables management), claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
  • Build a thorough understanding of our clients' needs

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Passion for customer service and maintaining close client relationships
  • Ideally, very good Excel skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of non-life (property & casualty) insurance and public procurement law
  • Comfortable with a team-first mentality and our family-oriented working environment
