Responsibilities
Manage the insurance needs of our clients in the municipal/public sector
Work with the team to find the right insurance solution for each industry
Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts
Tendering, debt collection (receivables management), claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
Build a thorough understanding of our clients' needs
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
Passion for customer service and maintaining close client relationships
Ideally, very good Excel skills
Ideally, knowledge of non-life (property & casualty) insurance and public procurement law
