About the role

- Responsible for assessing and meeting the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identifying the appropriate insurance solutions for clients across various industries

- Managing tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
- A passion for customer service, building close client relationships and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
